Here is a brief recap of the matches that took place on match day 23. When Norwich netted their third goal of the match to go 3-1 up on Liverpool I’m guessing not many people thought they would lose, but that’s exactly what happened. Jordan Henderson scored in the 55th minute to make it 3-2. Then Roberto Firmino tied it 3-3 and in the 75th minute Liverpool took the lead thanks to James Milner. Norwich weren’t going to go down without a fight though. They equalized in the 2nd minute of stoppage time. In the last minute of stoppage time Adam Lallana snatched all three points for the Reds. Tottenham came back from 1-0 down to beat Crystal Palace, 3-1. Leicester destroyed Stoke, 3-0. Charlie Austin solo goal gave Southampton a 1-0 victory over Manchester United. Bournemouth and Sunderland drew, 1-1. Newcastle United lost 2-1 to Watford. West Brom tied 0-0 with Aston Villa. Sergio Agüero (Manchester City) and Enner Valencia (West Ham) both netted braces in Manchester City and West Ham’s 2-2 draw. Swansea defeated Everton 2-1. Chelsea beat Arsenal 1-0, gaining three much needed points. Well, that’s all for match day 23’s EPL action.
