Here is a brief recap of match day 10’s EPL matches. Two huge derbies took place this weekend; one was the Tyne-Wear derby (Newcastle vs Sunderland). Newcastle had 60% possession and 21 shots, but were defeated by Sunderland, 3-0. The other was the Manchester derby (Manchester United vs Manchester City), which ended in a 0-0 draw. Andre Ayew’s 87th minute goal gave Swansea a 2-1 victory over last place Aston Villa. Leicester City beat Crystal Palace thanks to Jamie Vardy’s 59th minute goal. West Brom were 1-0 victors over Norwich. Stoke City fell 2-0 to Watford. Chelsea suffered their 5th loss this season to West Ham, 2-1. They will also be without Matic for their next match due to a red card. Arsenal won 2-1 against Everton. Harry Kane (who hasn’t had the greatest start to the season) netted a hat-trick as Tottenham crushed Bournemouth, 5-1. Liverpool tied Southampton, 1-1. That’s all for match day 10’s Premier League action.
