Here is a brief recap of match day 8’s EPL action. Crystal Palace dominated West Brom, deservedly winning, 2-0. AFC Bournemouth drew 1-1 with Watford. Marko Arnautovic solo goal in the 55th minute handed Stoke City the three points over Aston Villa. After going 1-0 down to Newcastle United in the 18th minute, Manchester City came back to win 6-1 with Sergio Aguero netting five. Leicester City bounced back from their 5-2 loss to Arsenal, beating Norwich 2-1. Sunderland let a 2-0 lead slip and ended up tying West Ham, 2-2. Chelsea supporters were once again disappointed, losing 3-1 to Southampton. They now sit 16th in the table, two places above the relegation zone. Everton and Liverpool tied 1-1 in a hugely important Merseyside Derby for both teams. Alexis Sanchez scored a brace as Arsenal destroyed a poor Manchester United side, 3-0. Tottenham only managed to tie Swansea, 2-2*. Well, that’s all for match day 8’s Premier League matches.
