English Premier League, Match Day 4

Here is a brief recap of match day 4’s Premier League action. Arsenal beat ten-man Newcastle United, 1-0, with their only goal being an Coloccini (Newcastle) own goal. Leicester drew 1-1 with newly promoted AFC Bournemouth. Although having more shots and possession, Aston Villa only managed to tie Sunderland, 2-2. Crystal Palace shocked Chelsea, beating them 2-1! West Ham United pulled off yet another amazing victory, crushing Liverpool 3-0! Raheem Sterling opened his account in Manchester City’s 2-0 win over Watford. West Brom were 1-0 victors over Stoke City, who only had nine men at the end of the game due to red cards. Tottenham and Everton drew, 0-0. Dusan Tadic netted a brace as Southampton cruised to a 3-0 win against Norwich. Swansea came from 1-0 down to beat a Manchester United team who played very poorly, 2-1. Well, that’s all for match day 4.
