Here is a brief recap of match day 36’s Premier League action. Although Everton dominated the match, Sunderland won, 2-0. Aston Villa beat West Ham United, 1-0. Danny Ings’ goal in the 62nd minute gave Burnley a 1-0 win over Hull City. Sadly (for Burnley fans), it is confirmed that they are one of the teams that will be relegated to the Championship. Riyad Mahrez netted both goals in Leicester City’s victory against Southampton. Newcastle United tied West Brom, earning a valuable point that could be what keeps them in the EPL. Stoke City shocked Tottenham, crushing them 3-0. It wasn’t pretty, but Manchester United managed to pick up a (2-1) win and an important three points against Crystal Palace. QPR played horribly against Manchester City and were clobbered, 6-0. That loss also was confirmation that they will not be playing in the EPL next year. Chelsea drew Liverpool in a very dull match. Arsenal were unable to find the back of the net and ended up losing 1-0 to Swansea City. Well, that’s all for match day 36’s Premier League action.
